1. We believe in transparent pricing. BODYWORK does not accept gratuity for the best interest of both practitioners and clients. We want you to know what you're paying each time without the expectation of tipping and gratuity. This allows you to clearly budget for your touch support and for us to pay a livable and sustainable wage.

2. Cancellation Policy. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, including no-shows, will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Please remember that the time you have scheduled for your session has been reserved for you. We understand that emergencies arise, and will work our best to provide flexibility on a case by case basis or if someone from the waitlist is able to fill your spot.
